Sometimes you just gotta take a break!

Today was a slow day. Slow in the fact that I was just not feeling the day. I just wanted to lay on my couch and be a couch potato. So since i was not feeling like doing much today we decided not to go to the gym. I needed a break and I just didn't want to get burned out.

So let me ask you this, if you do work out do you have days where you just can't do it? And if so, how do you handle it? My husband loves workng out and he didn't want me to push it today because he doesn't want me to get burned out and stop working out altogether. So how often do you work out? Let me know your thoughts...I wanna see if i'm the only who feels guilty when I don't push myself everyday to work out.

    You know I work out, but I dont go every day - our bodies need a rest period to react to the work we put it through. Even on the weeks I do go a lot, I vary my workouts and dont do the same thing all the time, though I usually do similar types of a certain thing. And then there are still days when all I want to do is pour myself into a puddle on the floor rather than hit the gym. Its really all about finding your own rhythm though.
