Time to resume life..

Hello all! I am back...again! I had my surgery last week and all went well. Aside from being a little sore still i'm back to my life. Although I don't go back to work until tomorrow, I'm starting to get back into the groove of things. This outfit is actually from St. Patricks Day. I know its pretty old but I have basically been living in my pajamas or just haven't had the time to take my weardrobe pictures. At least since there is more sunlight out now and its starting to get warmer I will be able to start taking pictures outside again. I'm ready for sunshine and warmer weather again. Spring, is that you?

Yesterday we got a lovely taste of spring and I can't wait for it to be an everyday occurence. Though here in Michigan its bound to snow at least 1 more time before spring finally arrives i'm still giddy with the idea of wearing sandals again and packing away my winter gear. This outfit is technically from a week ago but I thought since I liked it so much I would give you a glimpse of it and see what you all think. So?

In other news, I have galbladder surgery scheduled for next Wednesday. So if things seem a little more sparatic around here its because I will be getting ready for the surgery and trying to recover properly. But enough about my boring surgery, its time to PARTAAAYY! After all it is Friday!

Another Day another Dollar..

This is the first full week in a while where i've been at work all day every day (with the exception of being late on Monday) and you know what? I hate it! I want to win the lottery so I can start my own company, travel the world, and buy lots of fancy shoes! Is that really so much to ask? Oh wait.....maybe I should buy a lottery ticket first. Crap. Until then I guess I will be here. In my cubicle. With horrible lighting. Trying not to choke on the stale stench that is office air. Yep. I'm here.

Days so long and weeks even longer..

Hey guys it's me again. Sorry for the long absence. Unfortunately things may continue to be a little spotting on here for a while as far as posting is concerned. I am no longer making trips to the emergency room and I am no longer all hopped up on pain meds (thank god!). After lots of testing, Dr. visits and pain medication it seems there is a solution in sight to all this agony I've been through. According to some tests taken Monday it looks like my gallbladder is not functioning properly and is actually functioning below normal. The doctor that did the test is concerned that it might be biliary dyskinesia or chronic cholecystitis. I have been referred to a surgeon who I will meet with next week but it seems the next step will mean removal of my gallbladder. Which by the way is a fairly normal and pretty quick surgery.

So that's what's been happening with me. Other than that life continues on and it's back to normal for me. I have some fun new to share with you all soon, but until then I leave you with this lovely weekend shot of me sans makeup.

Just a little announcement.

Nothing too serious folks but I wanted to let you know why i've been away for a couple days. This past Friday I got pretty sick and ended up going to the emergency room. I was having severe abdominal pain that i've never had before. While I was discharged with pain medication most of my weekend was spent being sick and just resting while trying to get better. Monday began with another trip to the emergency room. It turns out that its nothing serious right now but i'm on pain medication and I do have some follow ups that I have to do with some specialty doctors. In order to try and get well and focus on my health for a little bit you might not see many posts from me. I'm not leaving you guys for good and I will be back its just that for my family and myself it's probably best to focus on my health right now. I hope you can all understand this. I appreciate all your support in advance. See you soon!
